Yes, we accept made to measurement orders at a nominal extra charge of $15 per corset. Just complete the purchase online on this website by selecting your country, then selecting corset design, fabric/ fabric colour, and adding the item to Shopping Bag and checking out by making the payment through Pay Pal as usual. Then, write to us, within 24 hours, at sales@organiccorsetusa.com giving your purchase details and your measurement (Bust, Waist and Hips). We will make the corset to your size specifications and ship it to you.

- How much do I have to pay for the shipping charge?
For all US orders we provide Free Shipping with standard shipping option (delivery time 5-7 business days). Rush shipping charges per corset is $10 , additional corset will be $5 only for all US orders or you can select shipping options while checking out. International shipping and handling cost will be determined accordingly. For other items the shipping and handling cost will be calculated according to the destination and weight of the package.

- What is your return/exhange/refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the corset you purchased for whatever reason, it must be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the items, for either an exchange or a credit for a future purchase. Made to measurement or custom ordered corsets or wholesale orders are not returnable or exchangeable or refundable.
Shipping both ways for return corset is paid by customer. Shipping cost can not be refunded.
Corset should be in same condition as it was shipped with tags on, please make sure , you try corset first without taking off tags.
Corset or other items exchange or store credit will only be issued after we receive corset in same way as it was shipped.
If there is any problem in corset when you receive, please mail us to sales@organiccorsetusa.com stating about the problem. The shipping and handling cost of $ 10 or shipping cost paid by us for each returned corset will be deducted from the paid amount and rest will be refunded (even free shipping has been offered). If you have ordered wrong size or wrong order or quantities and you like to exchange, there will be $ 10 for restocking charge and shipping/ handling cost (depends upon delivery location) charges for each corset you want to exchange.
Damaged corset must be reported in writing or by email with 24 hours of delivery. We do not refund for the damaged corset reported after 24 hours of delivery.

Normally, corset(s) will be delivered within 2-5 business days after receiving full payment but for wholesale and custom order it may take up to 15 business days for delivery based on shipping option selected. We will do our best to deliver corsets as early as possible.
If we can not deliver within 15-20 days, we refund 100%.
