-select the item and size you want to order and click on "Add to Cart",
-on next page you will see shipping fee evaluation, if you want to check shipping options available, just you can select country and state from drop down menu and click "Check Out"
-on next page, you will see shipping and payment methods, select appropriate shipping method clicking on a circle (right side), and for payment method, you will see "Paypal Payment Pro" and "Credit/Debit Card-Pay on Payapal". You can select either one. If you have paypal account, you can select option "Pay on Paypal", if you dont have payapl account still you can pay on paypal by selecting this option. So, if you have credit or debit card, you can place order easily but you must one method of payament by clicking on the circle towards your right side of the web page,
-on next page, you need to finalize your order,
-after selecting shipping and payment methods, please fill out credit card information with expiration date or if you select "pay on paypal" option, just follow instruction and pay on paypal,
-if you get confirmation with order number, it means your order went successfully.

- What is your return/exhange/refund policy?
RETURN POLICY
Corsets must be returned within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with the corset you purchased for whatever reason, it must be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the items, for either an exchange or a credit for a future purchase. Even you notified us regarding any issue or you are not satisfied and you did not return the corset or we do not receive the returned corsets within 14 days, you are not eligible for any refund.
Made to measurement or custom ordered corsets or wholesale orders are not returnable or exchangeable or refundable. Please note that corset size above 32 is considered as custom size or custom order which can not be refunded or exchanged so please make sure before ordering any custom size or custom order. Shipping both ways for return or exchange corset is paid by customer. Shipping cost can not be refunded even we offer free shipping or any promotional offers. In other words, if we ship corsets under any promotional offers and you want to return these corsets, we will deduct shipping/handling cost plus any restocking fees for such returned corsets.
You will not be eligible for refund if you miss the delivery of the package. If shipping company's system shows that the corset was delivered to the address provided by you, we will not be responsible for such missing or stolen package from your addres. You need to arrange or coordinate with the shipping company for derlivery of the shipped items.
Returned corset must be in same condition as it was shipped with tags on.
Please make sure , you try to wear corset without taking off tags/lable. Corset or other items exchange or store credit will only be issued after we receive corset in same way as it was shipped. There will be $6 as stocking charge and $ 12.99 shipping & handling charge for each exchanged or returned corset. After receiving the returned corset, stocking charge, reshipping/handling cost, we ship another corset or we exchange corset. If we mistakenly send wrong size or wrong item or style, there won't be any stocking charge or reshipping/handling cost.
If there is any problem in corset when you receive, please email us to sales@organiccorsetusa.com stating about the problem. The shipping and handling cost of $ 12.99 or shipping cost paid by us for each returned corset will be deducted from the paid amount and rest will be refunded (even free shipping has been offered).
Damaged or wrong size or style corset must be reported in written within 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged corset or wrong size corset must be reported in writing with image of the damage(s) or by email with 24 hours of delivery.We do not refund for the damaged corset reported after 24 hours of delivery (not applied to wholesale orders).
Organic Corset Co. USA will not be responsibile for any loss or damage to ordered items once they are in the care and control of the shipping company. Any loss or damage should be reported to the shipping company with their delivery tracking number. Some shipping methods are not available to all countries due to risk factors.
